Cream cheese is also an active keto diet ingredient; there are several recipes where cream cheese is used. You can also use sprinkled cheese, sprinkling them over tacos, adding them as salad toppings, or to prepare low carb pizza. Spinach can also be used in the keto plan; you can use all kinds of green vegetables to eat as salads. Cauliflower is also a great Ketogenic fruit. You can simply bake the vegetable with olive oil, add some smashed potatoes and eat it.

It is often recommended to not consume fats few hours after training. Well when you don't have to consume fats after the training sessions, then it definitely is also needed to lower down consumption of food before workout to increase the absorption process and the blood flow too. Thus the body tends to work with slow digesting energy source.
